H&M launches online fashion advice platform


H&M      H&M launched the Itsapark website, which will allow users to share style tips within the online platform. 

The new website, created by the giants of the mass market segment, will provide an opportunity to ask questions and share advice, which is a big step forward for the technological development of the Swedish company. 

With the help of this platform you will be able to learn everything what is in fashion, what to wear to a job interview, how to combine your clothes and accessories together. The beta version of the site, called Itsapark, opened to the public on Wednesday.

As fashion and accessory sales move from the offline to the online segment, major retailers are investing heavily in technology, from chatbots to social networks, to be able to collect data and better understand the dynamics of consumer behavior.

Itsapark offers photos and videos in response to each request, as well as a list of products, including, but not limited to, h&M Group offers.
